Travel Policy
Travel Expenses
Instrcutor travel expenses are billed separately at cost. This includes transportation and lodging (if required for multi-day engagements). A travel estimate will be provided upfront as part of the program proposal so there are no surprises.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the $500 rate per classroom or per school?
The $500 introductory pilot rate covers one full school day of instruction at your school — not per classroom. The exact number of sessions or classrooms covered in that day is coordinated directly with your administration.
How far in advance do we need to book?
Scheduling is flexible and coordinated directly with your school or district. Reaching out a few months in advance is recommended to ensure availability, especially for multi-day or district-wide programs.
Are there discounts for Title I schools?
We are committed to making CyberYouth accessible to all schools. Please reach out directly to discuss your school's situation — we are happy to work with Title I schools and underserved communities on pricing.
